Marinko Ćurić is our Head of Cleaning, Property Maintenance, and Facility Management – an experienced professional with over 20 years of work experience in Germany. There, he successfully managed his own cleaning company and worked with clients from the industrial, commercial, and private sectors.
His expertise covers the entire spectrum of professional cleaning services: maintenance cleaning, post-construction cleaning, glass cleaning with osmotic systems, industrial cleaning, hospital cleaning, and specialized cleaning according to German standards.
Upon returning to Croatia, he has integrated this knowledge into his own range of services. His portfolio includes cleaning, maintenance, property management, as well as check-in, check-out, and complete care of premium holiday properties. Marinko Ćurić stands for the highest quality, reliability, and perfection down to the finest detail.

up to 50 m²: €1.05/m² – Standard cleaning for small properties
50–100 m²: €1.00/m² – Medium-sized properties
from 100 m²: €0.95/m² – Large properties
from 250 m²: on request – Individual calculation
Additional services:
Glass cleaning (up to 3 m height): €1.50/m²
Glass cleaning (3–6 m, osmotic system): €2.20/m²
Final construction cleaning: €1.20/m²
Hourly cleaning service: €18.00/hour
